Smoke-N-Sweets

Well I seasoned the new smoker today and tried some baby back ribs for the first cook. Did 4 racks but figured out I can easily fit 20 racks in the main chamber without squeezing them in. Turned out pretty good.

Well Leslie has been working on her sourdough recipes and made some bagels. Plain and everything. So good.

Tonight’s dinner off the blackstone. Chicken fried rice, and some shrimp lo mein no veggies for the girls.

Okay so I will be making some more meat snack sticks in the next 2 days. Feed back has been awesome and folks want more. So I’ll be making some more. Let me know what you all want to try
