Of course the program continues to produce stunning kittens with dominant color genes as well, like the seal points; these kittens are generally carriers of the dilute and recessive genes because of our breeding programme. The genetic diversity introduced by this breeding practice avoids the dangers of line-breeding, used by some breeders to obtain the recessive colours more quickly.
