The Historic Hampton House is more than a landmark. It is a living reminder of the leaders, movements, and moments that helped shape Black history in Miami and across this nation.

At a time when the preservation of history matters more than ever, gathering to learn, reflect, and celebrate our stories is an act of community, pride, and remembrance.

Join us for Voices from the Historic Hampton House, a special documentary screening and community conversation honoring the legacy of a place that welcomed icons like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali, and countless others who challenged injustice and inspired generations.

Our history is not something to hide from. It’s something to learn from, honor, and carry forward. Join us for Voices from the Historic Hampton House, a powerful evening of storytelling, reflection, and conversation centered on one of South Florida’s most significant landmarks and the legacy it continues to leave behind.

The Hampton House stands as a symbol of Black excellence, resilience, culture, and community. It is where history was made, where leaders gathered, and where generations of stories continue to inspire us today. As former State Senator Dwight Bullard reminds us, understanding the challenges of our past helps shape the greatness of our future. That’s why conversations like these matter.
