The Bleecker is a nine-story residential building featuring 90 units, located in North Miami Beach. This building offers a mix of one- to three-bedroom units, catering to a range of residential needs.
The Bleecker includes convenient amenities such as parking spaces, a swimming pool situated above the parking area, and a gym on the third level that connects to the pool deck. Despite being constructed on a relatively modest budget, the design incorporates balconies and brown-tiled panels to add dynamism and visual interest to the facade.
