I was with the opportunity to host this years Cuban family tradition to "Asar un puerco" on Noche Buena / Christmas Eve. My whole family got together to party, have drinks and eat! We injected the 🐖 with home made marinades the night before. The skin was crunchy and delicious and the pork was full of flavor!
