Miami is currently in a great moment for Brazilian investments on real estate, according to report! 💲

Miami is no longer a holiday-only destination, but it is now recognized as one of the fastest growing and most important areas in the world. According to Miami Report data, an annual report that shares trends and opportunities in several segments of Miami’s real estate market - launched in São Paulo by IHB Brazil, a company specialized in selling international real estate to Brazilians -, 428 buildings were built, only in the southern region of Florida, between 1993 and 2017, totalizing 74,888 units. Of which 83% were sold from 2011 to April 2018. During this period, there was a registered increase of 229% in the value of real estate, an average of 9% per year.

According to data released by the report, part of the reason why now is the time to invest in real estate in Florida is that the new investment cycle will take time to generate dividends for investors, considering that the construction of the towers takes on average five to six years. The main origin countries of international buyers are, firstly, Colombia, followed by Brazil and Mexico.
