Although Alejandro has been on the team for a bit, we had to make it IG official 😅 We love having him part of the team and welcome him with open arms.

A little about Alejandro:
He’s a practitioner of over 10 years. He says “Good form makes good practice no matter the skill level”
Teaches Vinyasa, Yin and welcomes all beginners.

👀 We’ve been waiting for this... 🤗 After 3 months, we’re back! Slowly starting to reopen our public classes and is up first! Starting 6/15 8pm 🙏🏽
👉🏽 Please keep in mind, there are new guidelines we have to follow, so checking-in to class before attending is required because SPACE IS LIMITED!

As we unravel indoors, in deep unrest the flowers quietly bloom. Sprinting forth with life basking in the divinity that is existence. With every single living organism following the earth plan to as it continues to spin on its axis. For the very simple act of allowing our life upon it. the wind blowing, blades of grass shifting upwards, rivers flowing, rain falling. All of it Is a gentle and kind reminder, that Mother Earth loves us. Whether together or apart we are all growing and that is what truly matters!
