About to pop off? đż Or crash out? đŤ Might be time for a personal reset plan.
Most of us know what it feels like to carry something around longer than we should. You tell yourself youâre fine, keep moving through the day, stay busy, and then suddenly react to something in a way that feels bigger than the actual moment.
That reaction is usually a clue.
Whatever happens on the surface often has more underneath it. A small comment can strike a nerve when youâre already overloaded. One more request can feel impossible when your mind has been running nonstop. An emotion can come out sideways when you havenât had the space to be honest about whatâs really going on.
Thatâs the popcorn kernel effect.
Leave it in the heat long enough, and eventually itâs going to pop. đĽ
Reset work gives you a way to pause, check in with yourself, sort through what youâre carrying, and create tools that help you respond with more clarity before everything boils over.
