As PROOF approaches its two year anniversary in business, Executive Chef/Owner Justin Flit is offering his loyal patrons a fresh, new dining experience at his Midtown Miami location. The menu at PROOF is expanding to include new, creative dishes that Justin and his team have been perfecting over the past few months. While many of your favorite dishes including the Brussels sprouts salad and oxtail pizza will remain on the menu many new dishes will be offered.
