Training and hard work showed up this past Sunday.
Huge thank you to for coaching me through this block and building my confidence through every speed workout, long run, easy run, and recovery day. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you are wanting to take your running ability to the next level.

I put it all out there at the end. Race strategy was on point, finished strong with negative splits, very proud of the effort.

To everyone in Miami who was out there cheering us on, thank you! 20k+ runners, running through the heart of Miami.

Running is everything to me. It’s been therapy, discipline, and a constant reminder that when you put the work in and stay relentless, the reward is always worth it.

What’s next? Not sure yet…but I’ll be back
