TRGS wants to assist families with there financial needs as well as enhancing programs in our schools. Trooper Robert Smith was killed in 1997 when his patrol car was struck from behind by a drunk driver. He had just finished a traffic stop on I-95 and was doing paperwork when the crash occurred.
