💔Omg omg omg I feel like my sunshine is gone, I am still in shock from yesterday, I can’t believe I have to write this post. My very close friend, my mentor, my sister, my family - Amber I just can’t accept that you are gone. I can’t believe I won’t be able to talk to you everyday anymore. You didn’t deserve this. Your 3 children didn’t deserve this. This is so unfair and I will continue to fight for your justice. Our whole birthworker community is shook, we are devastated! I can’t keep it together long enough to say what I want to say right now but I am asking everyone to please donate anything you can to her fundraiser. The link is in my bio. Amber was the most beautiful, positive, happiest soul and so strong and an inspiration to everyone she came in touch with. I honestly don’t know what I am going to do without her. My soul sister. Thank you to all the volunteers for your time and your passion for this work. It was super hot outside AND we are in a pandemic - but all you showed up. You’re amazing🙏🏾💕 MUCH LOVE!

Breast milk is liquid gold. It’s your baby’s first vaccine. It is more nutritious than any milk you will find at the store. I always encourage my moms to save their unused breastmilk because you can use it to make for for your baby - and yourself! Baby cereal, smoothies, oatmeal, pancakes - the list goes on. Your breastmilk is incredibly valuable. Don’t waste it. But don’t sell it either.

Breastmilk is also big money maker in the wellness black market. Bodybuilder and other fitness professionals pay big bucks for breast milk. But it raises a lot of safety and ethical issues as well.
