Your ribs open and close, you have the inter coastal muscles that open and close. Then, you have the solar plexus that pushes up against the bottom of the lungs. Pancreas, stomach, spleen are all in the belt. When you breathe out, the solar plexus pushes up against those organs, massaging them. When you breathe out, the solar plexus drops down pushing against the large and small intestine. The lungs expand pushing on the heart and down on the kidneys. So, the very act of breathing massages your internal organs. Now, didn’t you wish you need that earlier?
