There really is a life before yoga and a life after yoga.

I shared with my students yesterday how I started. I remember going 28 times out of a 30 day package. You can probably guess my personality type. A little intense but I’ll admit it’s what catapulted my practice and my studies.

Yoga doesn’t ask for perfection. It asks for consistency and sincerity. Showing up again and again is where things actually shift.

There’s no better time to start than now. 🙏
