🎨 Meet the Artist: Regina Durante Jestrow 🌟

Regina, a New York-born visual artist with Italian-American heritage, found solace in sewing during her childhood. When she moved to Miami, quilting and crochet became her creative outlets, connecting her to her roots while exploring the links between women's history, American quilt-making traditions, and geometric design. Her body of work includes art quilts, wearables, paintings, drawings, and sculptural installations. 🧡✨

πŸ—£οΈRegina's passion lies in exploring the values that shaped quilt-making traditions. Her work stretches and challenges the forms and structures of quilts, using historical patterns to prompt us to examine history and future in new ways. The manipulation of these patterns combined with thoughtful material choices symbolizes personal narratives, weaving together a rich tapestry of stories. πŸ’πŸŒˆ

DM us to make an appointment and immerse yourself in Regina's incredible creations. 🎭✨ Don't miss the opportunity to experience the power of art that resonates deeply with personal and historical narratives. 🌟🧢
