Después de hacer esta receta tan fácil y deliciosa de masa de pizza ya no vuelvo a comprar mas masa congelada. No saben lo fácil, rápida y lo crujiente que queda. Creo que le tenía miedo a la levadura y ahora que compré 780 paquetitos por la pandemia, ya no voy a parar de hacer panes y pizzas 😂
Masa de pizza:
3 tazas de harina
1 taza de agua tibia
2 cucharadas de levadura instantánea en polvo disuelta en agua tibia y una pizca de azúcar
2 cucharaditas de azúcar
1 cucharadita de sal
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos en un bol a mano o en batidora. Poner el aceite y agua. Seguir mezclando hasta tener una mezcla homogénea. Tapar el bol y dejar descansar y crecer la masa por una hora. Separar la masa en dos. En dos bandejas grandes estirar la masa. Poner por encima la salsa de tomate fresca o de preferencia. Vegetales y lo que deseen.
Esta pizza tiene, salsa de tomate, brócoli, hongos, cebolla, y tomate.
Hornear a 350 por 20 minutos.

Pizza dough:

1 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of instant yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
