STU ESLS

Issues discussed include labor and collective bargaining, contract law and negotiations, intellectual property, and civil rights. ESLS facilitates an ongoing dialogue among members and the St. Thomas Law community through guest speakers, panels, and Symposium. In addition to its academic mission, ESLS is equally committed to providing opportunities for students to network and interact with professionals working in sports and entertainment. ESLS also offers members essential guidance on obtaining internships and jobs in these traditionally difficult-to-enter industries. In the short term ESLS strives to foster continued interest in sports, entertainment, and the law among St. Thomas Law students; in the long term ESLS aims to become one of the nation’s preeminent resources on these subjects for academics and practicing attorneys alike.
