Healthy habits start with access, education, and community. Through our Health and Wellness pillar, OYC Miami continues to create opportunities that expose our youth and families to better nutrition and healthier lifestyles.
Our youth participated in a hands-on experience with Common Threads, learning the importance of healthy eating, making mindful choices, and building habits that support a strong mind and body. Moments like this turn knowledge into action and empower our youth to take ownership of their well-being.
Serving more than 5,000 youth and families each year, OYC Miami is committed to creating experiences that strengthen our community and support long-term wellness.
