🚨 Am I the only one who feels like Starbucks just made their Rewards program a lot worse?
I opened my Starbucks app and realized that earning Stars now feels much slower than before. As a loyal customer, that’s pretty disappointing.
For years, the Rewards program was one of the reasons I kept choosing Starbucks. It felt like regular customers were actually rewarded for their loyalty. Now, it seems like I have to spend significantly more money to earn the same rewards I used to get.
I understand companies make changes, but when a loyalty program gives less value to loyal customers, it doesn’t feel much like a reward anymore.
Maybe I’m missing something, but it honestly feels like we’re paying the same prices while getting fewer benefits in return.
What do you think? Have you noticed the difference, or are you happy with the new Starbucks Rewards program?
If enough customers speak up, maybe Starbucks will reconsider some of these changes….. 😌👍
