✨ It’s been a while since I showed up here… and life has changed in the most beautiful ways.

Over the last year I’ve stepped into a new chapter that has stretched my heart in ways I never expected.

Many of you have known me through the years as someone passionate about growth, connection, and helping people find their voice through Authentically YOU.

But this past year, something incredible happened…

I answered a calling I had no idea was seeded inside my soul!

I became a Birth Doula.

Now I have the privilege of holding space for young mothers as they walk through one of the most sacred journeys of their lives — pregnancy, labor, and those tender postpartum days when a tiny new life enters the world.

There is something deeply powerful about sitting with a woman, reminding her of her strength, helping her breathe through uncertainty, and supporting her as she steps into motherhood.

And here’s what this season has taught me:

✨ Where our focus goes, our energy flows.

When we choose clarity over chaos…
Purpose over pressure…
Connection over comparison…

Life begins to align in ways we never imagined.

This season of my life feels like clarity.

Not louder.
Not busier.
Just clearer.

Chapter Seven:
Creating Safety for the Heart

The heart is a tender place. It holds our deepest desires, our most fragile hopes, and the raw stories of both our greatest joys and our most piercing wounds. Over time, the weight of betrayal, abandonment, being questioned, unseen, unheard, or misunderstood leaves scars that often run deeper than words can express. These experiences whisper to us that perhaps the world is not safe, that perhaps love cannot be trusted, and that maybe our voice is not worthy of being heard.

Yet, the truth is this: the heart was designed to heal, to open, and to connect. But it cannot do so without safety. Just as a flower cannot bloom in harsh soil, the heart cannot fully flourish in an environment where it feels threatened or neglected. To restore our sense of safety, we must learn how to create gentle spaces—both within ourselves and with others—where trust can grow again, where vulnerability is honored, and where authenticity is not only welcomed but celebrated.

This chapter invites us to explore practical and soulful ways we can begin cultivating that safety. It is not about pretending the pain never happened or silencing the stories that shaped us. Instead, it is about giving the heart what it has always longed for: reassurance, belonging, and the freedom to share the heart without fear

Wisdom Wednesday: The Silent Strength in the Face of Deceit

Today, I sit in stillness, not in weakness—but in wonder.

Wonder at how easily deception dresses itself up in love, how lies masquerade behind carefully curated smiles, and how manipulation hides behind branded missions and beautiful taglines.

How ironic it is that a company whose name literally means LOVE in Italian has deceived so many. A brand cloaked in sweetness, yet built on theft, lies, and broken trust. What a performance. What a veil.

And yet, it works—because deception doesn’t come in with a red flag. It comes dressed in charisma. In promises. In platforms. It comes wearing the very thing we yearn for the most: connection, truth, belonging.

But what happens when we see it for what it is?

We often stay silent.

Not because we don’t want to speak, but because we know the truth isn’t always welcomed. Because the masses prefer a palatable lie over a painful truth. Because sometimes, calling it out means stepping into a fire that burns the whistleblower while the deceivers remain untouched.

So how do we protect ourselves?
How do we walk through this world and not let the corruption corrode our hearts?

We build a force field.

A spiritual one. An energetic one. A boundary rooted in discernment and divine trust.
We sharpen our intuition. We stay in our lane. We don’t follow the noise—we follow our knowing.

Because yes—God sees all things.

Even the backroom deals.
Even the fake miracles.
Even the manipulation marketed as blessings.

There are those who parade their wins as heaven-sent, when really, they’re stitched together with the thread of deceit and control. But let’s not get caught in their theater.

Let’s remember: the light always reveals what the dark tries to conceal.

Greed is an ugly monster. And in economies like ours—fragile, desperate, shifting—it rears its head, whispering lies in people’s ears, making betrayal look like business, and abuse look like ambition.

But here’s what I’m learning, and maybe it’ll speak to you too:

The greatest strength comes in the silence.
Not the silence of complicity, but the silence of alignment.
The strength it takes to not clap back.
The courage it takes to walk away.
The wisdom to discern, and not destroy yourself trying to expose what will eventually be revealed anyway.

To those who feel heavy with the weight of what you see, but can’t say—
To those who’ve been hurt by fake “love” sold in shiny packaging—
To those who are healing in silence while the world applauds the frauds—

You’re not crazy. You’re not alone. You’re not weak.

You’re the watcher.
The one with eyes to see,
Ears to hear,
And a heart that refuses to become what tried to break it.

Keep rising. Keep listening. Keep your eyes fixed above the veil. The truth has a way of surfacing—always.

And when it does, may we be found standing—not bitter, but better. Not defeated, but deeply rooted.
Not silenced, but stronger than ever.
