Bridge to Hope

Offering a comprehensive of wrap around supprots designed to bridge the gap to self-sufficiency for low/moderate-income and in crisis families to restore dignity and hope to those in need. Bridge to Hope provides basic needs such as fresh food, clothing, household items and school supplies in additional to supportive programs that strengthen the family such as mentoring, literacy, financial literacy, and life skills.
