Anger has been a big factor in my life. Anger has fueled me, it’s pushed me past my boundaries and it has taught me a lot about myself that I’ve never known. Yet anger has also impacted my life in many ways that has torn me down, affected my relationships, both family and friends, and has put me in a funk that no one but myself could get me out of.
