Last fall I had the privilege of spending some time with my friend at the —- which is the most magical space in Los Angeles. The most beautiful and best quality sound healing instruments adorning every surface.

I was able to get some time alone in the room with all of the gongs lining the walls and it was a creative joy to see how my voice and body were inspired to dance and sing in their presence.

I’m revisiting some of the videos and I’m just reminded what a life giving … and healing experience it is to be both inspired and to play.

One need not be in a room full of the world’s most beautiful gongs to do so… but I won’t lie, it certainly helped.

Also, as a side note… I love get older. I just realize as I watch myself, how much more free I continue to be. I give few f*cks and it feels so good!
