Sparkle Like Zen

🗨️ A couple of weeks ago I witnessed what might seem like a small moment between a mother and her child, but it stayed with me.

While helping them during a transaction, I handed the child a crystal. They excitedly said, "Thank you!" and their mom gently reminded them to make eye contact while saying it. They did.

In a world that often feels overstimulated and distracted, eye contact seems less common than it once was. That's why I appreciated seeing a parent intentionally teach its value.

They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. Through them, we can catch glimpses of joy, pain, sincerity, and the many stories people carry within. Eye contact helps build trust and reminds us that we're sharing a moment of genuine human connection.

Perhaps that's why this simple interaction stood out to me.

Arrive with a gentle energetic cleanse (shower, breathwork, or smoke cleanse), find a calm, quiet space, and wear comfortable clothing. Please come sober from alcohol, as Reiki supports energetic detoxification.

🕯️To turn it into a ritual, you may bring crystals, light a candle, or create a sacred atmosphere.

This circle is by donation—you’re welcome to give whatever feels fair to your heart. Your support allows me to continue holding space.

Allow yourself to rest and integrate. You may wish to journal, stay present with the energy, and note any dreams the following morning.
