I am doing a Scrooge bah-humbug afternoon dinner for a few friends this year. I did not find a CHRISTmas goose so we will have to suffice with smoked pork loin and beef strip steak. Of course avocado salad and ambrosia.

I am doing lunch and tour on Wednesday for 40 Central American and Puerto Rican teachers with smoked pork and chicken, annatto rice, curried mango beans, okra and tomato gumbo and mango pie with home made bread.
