Many sufferings have arisen from people’s ignorance of the truth. Until a person realizes that everything that happens is part of a greater plan he experiences resentments and doubts because of the mistakes he has made, the injustices he has suffered, being abandoned by his lovers or children, misfortunes, and losses. He cannot overcome these pain and cannot be free. The past is a wound in our hearts. This astral, loaded with pain, is called the pain body, and it must be resolved. Unless you understand why you are experiencing what you are experiencing, you cannot forgive or forget your pain. Suppose you are in the Matrix and you are put to sleep to learn how to fight, you knew the mission and accepted anyway for the sake of knowledge. And now that you are here, you will be beaten until you learn.
