I was going through some really tough times, I had fallen off of my gym and health routine from being overly strict before, and the challenge gave me focus, a purpose and a community that led me to the healthy lifestyle I’m living now. It’s given me balance, and I’m the most muscular and strong I’ve ever looked. People are coming up to me constantly, telling me how great I look and how much I’ve changed.
