4 Must Do Back Exercises💪🏽⠀ ⠀
Many times we have only 30min to do a quick routine.⠀ Which happens all the time for myself, so training effectively is a must to make sure we are getting the most of that time spent.⠀ ⠀
Here we are covering our Back & Biceps.⠀
When you do your back, your secondary muscles that are working are the biceps, except when you are doing the straight lat push down which is the triceps.⠀ ⠀
Routine:⠀
1. Chin ups (The best for your biceps) 8-10 reps. Use a band if needed.⠀
2. Seated Rope Row 4x12-10-8-6⠀
3. Straight bar lat push down 4x12⠀
4. Rope lat pull down 4x12-10-8-6⠀ ⠀
