Rudy Jarvis, initially in a T-shirt band, wanted to play in Miami. Encouraged to decorate a T-shirt as a costume, Rudy joined Miami Carnival. His work, mirroring Peter Minshall's, elevated the quality, inspiring smaller bands to do the same.
