Traitz has had over 200 jury verdicts, including many results in excess of a Million plus Dollars; including a verdict of $17.8 Million Dollars in Miami Florida. Traitz is A.V. rated, which is the highest rating that a lawyer can obtain in the United States of America. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, South Miami Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Traitz has represented individuals injured as a result of automobile, truck, boating and premise liability accidents, security negligence, medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, dental malpractice, as well other types of complex injury cases.
