I remember about a month after mum turned 40 she said THATS IT. No more clubbing. I remember thinking...seriously? Nahhh (I was about 10 years old)

But she did stop. She came out to a couple reggae and house nights between then and 65, but yeah. She stopped

Heres where I realize Im just as much like my dad when it comes to going out. Hes still game for a night out dancing. Love it. Both perspectives. Both sides. And how Ive molded into who I am based on that (and of course a few other factors)

Change is inevitable and working around it doing things in moderation is how you make sure that change doesnt bring you down
