I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I created this page because mental health is something that touches every part of our lives, yet it’s still something many people struggle to talk about openly.
My goal here is to share education, practical insights, and honest conversations about emotional well-being. I want this to be a space where mental health feels easier to understand and less stigmatized.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you the inspiration behind the name of my page and little corner of the internet: “Find Your Balance.”
Life throws all sorts of challenges our way, and maintaining our mental health can sometimes feel like trying to navigate a tightrope. The concept of balance is at the core of mental well-being. It’s about finding that sweet spot where we feel grounded, centered, and able to manage life’s ups and downs with grace.
On my page, I aim to provide resources, tips, and support to help you discover and maintain your own balance. Whether it’s through mindfulness practices, self-care routines, or seeking professional help when needed, finding your balance is a journey worth embarking on.
Remember, finding balance doesn’t mean everything has to be perfect or that you’ll never face challenges again. It’s about cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to bounce back when life knocks you off balance.
