This year, I've learned to overcome obstacles without letting them throw me off track. By removing my emotions from the equation, I've been able to stay focused on my health and fitness goals. Consistency is key, and I'm grateful for the growth and maturity that's brought me here. 💪

Saturdays I work 9-9 so I still have about 3 hours to go. At the end I’m exhausted but I’ll m also extremely fulfilled. Ain’t that something.
