Meet my youngest client—Gia! 💕
Four years ago, I helped her parents purchase this Brickell Roads ll Townhome. When they were expecting Gia, I helped them move into a single-family home that better fit their growing family which also includes two rescue dogs and a couple of kitties.
Then came the next decision: should they keep the townhouse as a rental or sell it? As two accountants, they understand personal finance and long-term wealth building better than most. Together, we analyzed the numbers, weighed the costs and benefits of continuing as landlords, and considered the opportunity to sell now to maximize their return while avoiding capital gains taxes. In the end, selling proved to be the right financial strategy for their family.
