Our trial date is set for the window beginning September 15, 2025 in Miami complex civil division. As of now this trial will be limited to the Foundation’s 96M$ claim for reasonable reliance on NASCAR’s written sponsorship approval and wrongful act damages for representatives getting wrongfully sued (after the judge reversed her own previous ruling that the foundation had the right to sue on behalf of all coins). We are challenging that reversal and will help organize another suit, if needed, to make sure every coin holder has their day in court against NASCAR. LETSGO!
