Miami International Airport’s South Terminal Expansion is officially underway—advancing one of the first major projects within MIA’s $12B Capital Improvement Program.

The Lemartec-NV2A JV is proud to serve as Design-Builder of Concourse K, a $600M expansion, which will deliver six new gates to modernize operations and expand capacity at MIA—supporting continued growth across one of the nation’s busiest airports.

Our team is fully mobilized, bringing together professionals with deep experience from prior South and North Terminal developments—ensuring continuity, expertise, and a strong understanding of MIA’s operational environment.

Design packages are nearing completion, and field activities are accelerating, including demolition, enabling works, Phase 1 of the Cruise Bus Terminal, and the Ground Services Facility.
