Get Refreshed

Doing a lil exploration internally and externally. Internally i feel grateful and anxious at times it takes me time to unwind but i know i won’t regret moments like this. I would recommend anyone who’s ever in the fence about doing something you’ve always wanted to do to do it. You won’t regret experiences you pushed yourself to have only the ones you wished you had experienced. This is a glacier from the last ice age 600,000 5 miles wide 25 miles long 1 mile deep.

My eight year took me on date. Breakfast, a movie, and of course ice cream. This has been my favorite adventure in life, being a father. Happy Father’s Day. 👨
