In the shadow, it’s insecurity wearing authority like a costume. When you feel like there isn’t enough, you’ll do one of two things:
👉 You’ll dominate… or you’ll submit.
👉 You’ll grab control… or hand it to whoever is loudest.

And before you make this about them… look inward:
Where are you still playing the damn game?
Withholding instead of sharing?
Competing with women you could build with?
Shrinking under someone else’s authority because you decided their power meant your lack?

💛 Gate 45 matures when you stop asking “How do I stay on top?” and start asking “How do we all rise?”

✨ Start circulating. Start collaborating. Start leading like the tribe matters—because it does.
