Fish fillet with grilled spicy shrimp with baked potatoes and sliced Hass avocado. Drizzled some garlic lemon red bell pepper butter sauce. Parsley for garnish.

My personal favorite is Ribeye with baked potato. I like to baste my steak in compund butter. Sear it on both sides first and finish it in the oven.
