About Us
We were born in Miami on April 22, 2022 (on the same date that Earth Day is celebrated annually🌎), as the materialization of Franklin Álvarez's idea. He is a venezuelan young man who learned from his mother and grandmother confectionery basic notions; that’s why we are the result of a simple 3-generations family pastry tradition that evolved to replace traditional animal sources ingredients and some that have been highly refined, by plant based ingredients and others healthier options and to offer a variety of desserts made with homemade recipes that, in addition to being delicious, take care of us and the world of which we are a part.
