It's Black History Month, and we’re reflecting on the pioneers who redefined the world of advertising and marketing. From the creative genius of Tom Burrell—who revolutionized the concept of "target marketing"—to the modern-day leaders breaking barriers in digital spaces, Black excellence has always been the heartbeat of innovation.

Our December birthday celebration took us back to in Wynwood! We embraced the rich ‘meze’ culture of Greece and Turkey, built on the principle that everything is better when shared.

A new Buffer analysis found that posts where the creator replies to comments see 42% more overall engagement, with platform-level lifts of +30% on LinkedIn, +21% on Instagram, +9% on Facebook, and +8% on X, and the biggest gains appearing on Threads where replies are elevated in-feed.
For brands, agencies or creators seeking to deepen community engagement and improve reach, allocating dedicated time to respond to comments—especially thoughtful replies rather than cursory acknowledgments—can be a valuable approach to social media performance.
