We are hiring a BILINGUAL IT Services Delivery to handle the coordination, planning, ex*****on, and monitoring requirements of technical projects (telecommunication engineering) with various globals customers.
is at the foundation of our Support Services team. Our motivation is to provide customers with an exceptional experience in aspects of their interaction with our support and managed services teams.
This position is responsible for managing new orders to business customers for any of the services listed above. You will own the orders from the beginning to the end. We do not hand off orders between departments; we feel this is a bad customer experience.
All work will be done via phone, email, and computer. No travel to customer locations is required.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator at GALAIT, you will be responsible for our Global Service Desk Team's day-to-day operations. The Global Service Desk Team is responsible for providing 24/7 to all of our clients.
SALARY: 15,000 MXN - 20,000 MXN / month
APPLICANT'S PROFILE:
Advanced English speaker - (mandatory)
With a bachelor's degree obtained - (not mandatory)
Study area: Engineering in telecommunications, computer science, systems, or technical career related to telecommunications.
Experience with telecommunications equipment (Cisco).
Schedule: 8 hours, six days a week.
Work zone: Barrio Alameda, Mexico City.
Proactive and oriented to solve everyday problems.
Knowledge of CRM Zoho. (desirable)
Trial period four weeks.
Experience with administrative tasks: Shipments, Proof of delivery, Quoting, ETC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all deliveries assigned to him/her.
Manage third-party resources (internal & contracted), ensuring that the customers’ orders are delivered on time and to the specified quality and customer requirements.
Communicate regularly with the customers, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life cycle.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years experience in Telecommunications with a solid knowledge of the LATAM markets.
Two years experience in Service Delivery or Project Management
Ability to document dependencies and priorities
Ability to effectively prioritize & manage third party resources
Hands-on Delivery experience
Internet Circuit ordering experience

SOME THINGS TO DO:
Take ownership and complete requests with a professional, customer-centric attitude, oriented to offer our customers solutions.
Manage incoming requests and participate in bridge calls, engaging external engineers and resources.
Complete requests on time following case resolution, check the reports and tech logs reports and update our CRM platform.
Maintain an accurate record of activities using office tools and CRM software.
Write detailed knowledge articles for each type of support requested by our customers to aid colleagues in future troubleshooting.
Attend on-site and internal training.
Assist the other areas in work and track multiple schedules.
Talk with customers about the assigned activities to keep them updated at every moment.
Create a database of external engineers that can support you either in person or remotely, confirming availability and rates.
Supervise the external technical support team, monitoring support cases.
Review engineer's compliance, including absences and completion of tasks.
Participate in phone & video conferences with customers and external engineers.
Generate weekly reports about support and hardware requests.
Review and approve technical visit reports.
Be prepared to liaise with international clients.
Understand Networking Service Desk.
Highlight potential problems and resolutions.
Detect opportunities for business growth and expansion
Become an Infrastructure and networking specialist.
