June is also PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) Awareness Month. This hits close to home for us at Freq, as every member on our team has military affiliation, whether it be as service member, a military spouse or military child.

PTSD isn't just in the military community. We wanted to take a moment to share some great resources for those navigating mental health concerns so you may turn post traumatic stress into post traumatic growth.

The first resource is Rapid Resolution Therapy, founded by Dr. Jon Connelly. This is not your average therapy experience. It allows people to uncover and clear ongoing subconscious causes for emotional and mental difficulties, even if they’ve been forgotten or if resistance to other forms of treatment has been experienced in the past.

A note from our founder:

I hope it's obvious that we're not a regular company. We do things a little differently. One thing you may not know is everyone on our tiny team has served, either as a Veteran or a spouse. 🇺🇸 My husband Jeremy served for 20 years, 18 with his family by his side. Our executive assistant, served as a military wife. .love is a veteran herself. served as a military wife. And is still serving as a military wife. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is a sacred day for many.

Leveraging a day of remembrance for increased sales volume feels out of alignment for our brand. That doesn't mean it's wrong for others. It's just not aligned for us. (Judgement is rooted in a low vibration.)

Sending love to all families and loved ones who are missing a hero today.

As a society, we often fall into unconscious patterns because it's been normalized in our community. It feels strange that a day to remember our fallen has turned into beer, pool parties and BBQ. Having said that, that’s how we used to celebrate prior to my husband losing someone he considered a brother. We didn’t question the normalized party and extra day off until one day the meaning truly hit us. I suspect that’s true for many (in more areas that this one).

It's our hope that as a collective we start to ask, "Why do we do this? Does this make sense? Who does this benefit? How?" Conscious choice is where our real freedom lies. We exist to shine a light on old patterns so we can start to make conscious choices that are more resonate with who we are or who we want to be.

There are 365 days in the year. Plenty of days to extend a friendly little discount to our community. 👭

Looking forward, June is Pride 🏳️‍🌈 and PTSD Awareness month. Mental health, emotional health, and freedom of expression are in the DNA of everything Freq stands for and our product line is designed to help!
