twenty years, there have been numerous occasions where the group had come out together graciously on occasions like Shivratri and Diwali for celebrations with their families and friends, more importantly the younger generations who have not been exposed to Kashmiri culture, being born and brought up in America. Group feels it is utmost important to keep their cultural identity alive for sake of their families and future generations. We are witnessing a dwindling, degradation of the cultural heritage and norms we had followed for generations back home. It is important we talk about our traditions, customs and our way of life with pride to keep our spiritual legacy of our ancestors alive.
