for a journey of frequency and breath.

Kundalini-inspired breathwork
Mantras.
A moving meditation guided by sound and vibration, culminating in the deep resonance of the Gong.

This is a ritual to cleanse, elevate, and recalibrate.

Come ready to sweat. To release. To be moved.
We begin at 10:30 PM.
Inside the Hammam. In the dark.

I started the day where I feel my best.
