I am starting this new year feeling grateful for everything, including for you, my dear follower! Thank God for all!

• Remember to do your bed every morning but pretty "con ganas".

• Clean your car, keep it neat!

• Do your basic makeup, well, I like to do a little more than basic makeup. 😉

• Put on delicious perfume/cologne, even if you work from home!

• Plan your agenda weekly plus daily and make notes.
I believe that in paper agenda, the book, because you can scrabble, and it gets you away from your phone. LOL
Digital agenda (calendar) ok indeed.
You set reminders, even every year cool. But having your appointments, things to do, scrabbles, bills to pay, and meetings on paper daily, I think, is a must. Again, to me.

• Throw away things you don't use anymore or need. Give away. Clean up, make a yard sale.

• Cook and be creative.

• Try to be more understanding to others, patient, and loving. I'm very neurotic and grumpy when it comes to common sense, lol

•I know!!! I have to exercise 😫 every day, I hear ya'll !!!

•Talk to your children as a friend, because they are kids, teens, or adults ? 😉 Remember that being a parent and a guide is not just to demand and give a speech. Learn to listen to your children no matter their age. Remember when you were young. Try to be in their young shoes at least 2 times a week.

• Love your husband, wife, partner pues! Lol

• Save money for GOD SAKES! LOL The hard one, because always something 🤣 has to come up to mess up that plan. So don't touch your savings account or the piggy jar . 😆

• Have FUN, go karaoke, movies, and have a coffee once a week with your partner! 🥳

I am so excited about one of the best months of the year, December!
A month of celebration, gathering, giving and receiving gifts from friends and family. A month for remembering our religious believes. A month to definitely pray.
As a realtor, I acknowledge what my job is and as you know one of the basic services I provide is about helping you to find your home. So have you think of the ones who don't have one? Who can't afford it? Yes! the ones who are going through a hard time or they are just homeless. Take a moment and pray for them. Be kind to share some fresh food of yours with them. Exchange some words of faith and be an angel of hope to them. Christmas isn't just about shopping people, is about reflection. Happy Holidays my pals!
