Through our collaboration with Pullman Miami Airport Hotel & Resorts, Creative Action Inc. has successfully placed more than 30 individuals in On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Work-Based Learning Experiences (WBLE).

But this is more than a number.

Creative Action Inc. is offering a Winter Career Camp, which is a 50-hour, in-person training program focused on self-advocacy and work readiness skills.

In addition to the Winter Career Camp, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a separate Real-Life Skills Training component. This training is scheduled during the same dates and location as the Winter Career Camp and is part of the overall camp experience.

The Real-Life Skills Training consists of an additional one-hour session per day following the completion of the daily Career Camp schedule. Participants who successfully complete scheduled training activities will receive a $400 completion stipend, issued at the end of the program.
