My innovative approach and my devotion to pursuing and communicating only the most credible and effective fitness information have resulted in several corporate partnerships and business opportunities. I currently enjoy relationships with Nike, Protein world, Deliver Lean, and Old Spice. I am also a developer of several fitness programs in Tokyo, Japan including one with Bobb Sapp that still stands to this day as the premier fitness system at Gold Gym in Omotesando. Body-part specific workouts that focus on strengthening ass & abs. I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association graduated from the University of Los Angeles.
