* Single Family Homes Sales decreased -27.2%

* Condos/Townhomes transactions Sales decreased -39.1%

* Single Family dollar volume decreased -24.1%

* Condos/Townhomes dollar volume decreased -39.3%

* Total Active Listing decreased -12.7%

* Single Family Homes inventory sits at 3.1 Months still Seller’s Market

* Condos/Townhomes Inventory sits at 3.3 months, Seller’s Market

* Single Family Homes Median Sales Price increased 10.7% at $570,000

* Condos Townhomes Median Sales Price increased 11.8% at $380,000

• Short Sales & REO is only 1.7% of Closed Sales
