In these times of quarantine and “staying home” it is very important that we keep our children active!💪🏼
Try to reduce the amount of time your child spends in front of a screen and instead motivate them to play outside or take them for a walk/run🏃🏼♀️
The number of overweight children has doubled over the last 30 years! Children obesity can later lead to cardiovascular disease🩺

strains accounts for 50% of all muscular injuries
in sprinters and are the 2nd most common injury
site in team sports!👎🏼
▫️Eccentric training has been used in physical
training, injury prevention and rehabilitation
programs.🏋🏼♂️
▫️Most of these programs have used Nordic
hamstrings exercise or yo-yo flywheel ergometer,
which have shown positive results.✅
▫️For sprinters, a 3-week program of eccentric
training combined with overspeed exercise
enhance power and running speed performance.🏃🏼
